2nd Vice President Jodi Berkowitz

Jodi Berkowitz relocated to Las Vegas in 2011 with her family after working in the New York/New Jersey non-profit communities for over 25 years.  Jodi served as the Director of the Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation Center for the New York Society for the Deaf as well as the Coordinator of Communications for the Eye Bank Association of America.  Additionally, she designed, developed, and established a Scattered Site Residential Program for the Post Graduate Center for Mental Health.  Jodi has been a sign language interpreter for over 25 years. 

Since joining Temple Sinai Jodi has been honored to serve on the Board of Trustees in several positions as well as numerous committees, including the Rabbinical Search, Programming, Transition, Gala, and the Mark L Haberkorn Religious School Parent committee; Jodi is also a member of the Leadership Council.

Jodi and her husband Gideon have three beautiful daughters, Hannah, Samantha, and Lillie.  Jodi and Gideon enjoy kayaking and hiking while savoring the scenery and weather that Las Vegas has to offer.
